Mrs. K. would like to wish a few of her Book Worms a Happy Birthday
each month, starting in July.

All you have to do is e-mail us your child’s first name, age, and what state they live in.  Mrs. K. will announce their Birthday wishes on her Facebook Page
and website (this page) around the beginning of the next month.

Additional information on Mrs. K’s Birthday Wishes. Due to time constraints, Mrs. K. can only read the first 15 – 20 names per video announcement. The rest of the names will be added to the birthday list but may not be announced and shown in the video individually. Depending on demand, Mrs. K. may add more than one Birthday Wish video per month. Your e-mail, child’s name and state will remain confidential, and your e-mail will NOT be used for solicitation or ever be sold to others.
